PAYPAL HELP!

I went to FNB Knysna with a query regarding my PayPal account which I opened through FNB. The account is linked with my FNB Cheque account. When I try to get the balance in my FNB account, it would not authorise and returns a balance of 0.00. I logged 2 call me backs on the website and still have had no response, and the Knysna branch just said sorry we cannot assist. Surely if you offer a service, you should know hiw to handle queries. I am very disappointed with a bank I have had only positive things to say about.
