Paypal: FNB is definitely not 1st in anything except poor service.

We have been trying to get Paypal working for more than a month.

As a non-FNB account holder all requested documentation was sent... and re-sent... and re-sent. Bank certified (stamped) statement of Non-FNB account was sent.

It just says verification pending... FNB says 2-24 working hours. It has been over a month. The Consultant replies to every query with the same response. It looks automated or cut and paste. Utterly useless!

Next to the Consultant's email address is a 1st in Forex award logo. What a joke! That is a ********** statement!
