PayPal FNB Hard Hold

For a second time in a few months my PayPal FNB account has a Hard Hold on Account (E-104129). This comes after I have submitted all the papers that were sent to me in November 2020. No prior notification of any problems or outstanding papers were sent to me. I have even resent the papers to the paypal enquiries at FNB, and no response. This is frustrating. Maybe this review will get someone's attention!!!!!!
