Paypal Errors!!

I am unable to withdraw my funds from Paypal to my FNB business account. I get an error E104129 "Hard Hold on Account. I've been able to withdraw in the past, so this is all very sudden.

I have contacted FNB Paypal via e-mail - no response in 2 days. Called their Call centre today and eventually got through to a consultant after waiting for ages and was told the Hard Hold has now been lifted. I tried to withdraw again just after the phone call and I got the same message.
