Paypal Error E-90909 Cannot Grant Permission First National Bank Side (Time out)

Good day. I cannot authorise FNB access to my PayPal account. The webpage keeps timing out with Error "E-90909 We are unable to process you request. Please try again later".

Please may I be assisted urgently.
