PayPal error

I have been experiencing a challenges with FNB, this is because of my PayPal withdrawal. Back in the days I used to have a FNB business account, and it was unfortunately closed due to dormancy. However, it seems that I still have an existing profile with a closed account. So, this makes it tricky when I try to cash from my PayPal because the system says I am an FNB customer, mind you with a closed account. So, today I went personally to the branch (Kroonstad) and was yet inconvenienced by being told that I cannot be helped. I even tried to open an account, in effort of solving this issue, but was denied since I can't open a what is to be a dormant account. Please assist by removing my profile from FNB as I don't have an existing account with the institution. Thank you
