PayPal delay & reversal of E-Wallet (both horrible)

Hi,

I recently withdrew money from my PayPal account which is connected to FNB, but the time frame to receive the funds is ridiculous, its been 5 working days already. I've done global payments and receipts before and It normally takes a day to reflect and then you can withdraw it that very same day. If Paypal is connected to FNB, why is it taking so long for my funds to come through? How long can it be "pending" for.

Then similar problem with e-wallet. I sent money to my cellphone (didn't have my bank card with me), but i mistakenly sent it to the wrong number. I asked to reverse the funds, but now its going to take three days ontop of the R101 charge for reversal which had no problem in going off instantly.

I mean come on guys, your "procedure" for these type of transactions are absolutely ridiculous.

You need to sort this out.
