Paypal can't pay this merchant use another payment method

I had issues with linking my PayPal to my fnb online banking. The PayPal was linked but I couldn't wedraw the cash from PayPal balance to my fnb account but when I contact fnb for assistance, they assisted me so fast. The problem was solved in about a hour and I appreciate them for that.
