I have received excellent and exceptional service from Abulele at FNB King Williams Town branch. I have been to the branch to get help with linking PayPal, the seemed to be errors to link the PayPal account with FNB app. I met up with Abulele at the door and she gave me the most beautiful and friendly smile. I explained my frustration as I need this to work ASAP. She calmly advised me that she will assist me. The lady took me to her desk and soon after that I was immediately sorted. Now, that is what I call SERVICE!! Thank you Abulele.
