Paypal "balance currently unavailable..." (the "..." being a digital shrug)
Not a bad bank overall but EVERY SECOND TIME I try to withdraw funds from PayPal I have to wait because the "balance currently unavailable..." What's with the "..."? You can't be bothered to insert an explanation? That reads to me like a digital shrug ... etc.
