Paypal Account and FNB

Not a customer, and I've never been more grateful. FNB promotes the fact they're the only bank in SA to link to a PayPal account so I'm trying to set up one (it's easy! online! and free!). Uploaded the required document stated on the site, still not a verified account. Two queries and six days later, two promises to "call within 24-48 hours" and nada. Thanks so much FNB. I should actually claim the lost income from you.
