Hi, was just on the phone with one of your consultant and she actually said she doesn't know how to help and she proceeded to put me on hold for 3 mins. Came and she still didn't know how to help me.<br> <br> I want to buy a couple of t-shirts and caps on a website and they offer to pay for the shipping and customs duties. Simple transaction... right! Now when I wanna top up my PayPal, she actually said I have to register with SARS and I need custom numbers. The options I choose want information I don't have like Client Customer Number, Tax Number (unless they want mine), Vat Number, Invoice/MRN Number. I don't know about any of those numbers. The have to pass through customs that I get from there to me I don't know if its by courier or post office and I don't have post office box. This is my 1st time trying to buy online goods... and I thought it would be simple. Its five items and they are on sale, I need your help. And I don't get why I have to register with SARS for a few clothing items and when they are even gonna pass through customs anyway. There must be a simple option.
