Payout from the deceased account to Late estate account

FNB is always failing me, I have been talking to them with regards to my late husband's accounts. They have sent certificates of successful closers but for the money to be transfered into the late estate account has been a problem. The schools are opening next week and i need to prepare for the kids. I dont know what should I do now...
