Payments on Over Drafts

I have a Cheque over draft and Revolving Credit with FNB, however I ended up getting retrenched and struggled to pay the loan amounts, never falling behind more than 3 months, I was unemployed for 11 months and when I got employment I earned 30% less than what I earned before.

I ended up missing a payment on the cheque account and FNB handed me over to Hammond & Pole, I did manage to settle the RCP account fully and now 3 months later I am liable for the legal fees of R560.

I am also paying the areed amount back on a monthly basis as my financial situation has improved, I never avoided them, I always try made the best plan I could. As they have my best interest at heart they charge me R450 pm for my banking package over and above the interest.

I find them very deliberate and with no intention of helping me the slightest as I am working my way back up. I am up to date with all my payments, and I just find it disappointing that FNB didn't take my track record into account or my efforts I have made to pay back the loans.
