Payments not released

So my husbands account has been frozen and when when we ask for more details we are told its still with the forensic team, mind you all payments he made, rent and other payments didnt go through, how are we supposed to survive without money, can you even prove that there are ***** activities? give more details and release important payments, we bank for our money to be safe but we then get limited with no cent to even buy bread for the whole month, its almost a month and no feedback as yet, they said they are still confirming the accounts details, how long does it take to confirm and release someones money for them to survive? im so disappointed with your service and when this happened the card just declined without any warning or sms for that. trash of a bank.
