Payments not clearing from fnb to fnb

Made a payment from my FNB account to another FNB account and the money does not reflect in their account. I have phone the call centre twice now for them to release the payment and still not. I bought a car and now i paid for it but it does not reflect in their account and the private owner does not want to release the car to me. I can loose my car and my money due to this.
