payments and account closures

I received a very horrible service from FNB , they are taking for ever in resolving queries , I am not getting support in the process of getting the account closed , FNB does not care about putting some sense of urgency in assisting me , how can the processes and procedures that they use not bring convenience ,It is quite annoying that I have to wait for ever for them to get the query resolved. FNB is very unprofessional!!!!!!!!
