Payments

Dear FNB firstly I would like to say thank you for the reversal you did BUT now i'm still waiting on all the payments to be taken off the account since I have been on Debt Review. The reversal was done which put me back into the amount I owed But why have you not taken off all my payments since i went on Debt Review. Please sort this out as I'm so frustrated trying to get this sorted once and for all. Its not rocket scientist to take off all my payments that i have made up until now so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE deal with this URGENTLY. I worked it out if you took off all my payments that I have made I should be only owing you +- R30 000-00 not the R 98 000-00 you have on the account. I'm begging you please deal with this matter as I cant handle another 5 years of begging you to settle this matter once and for all. I sent e mails to FNB asking and begging to deal with it and nothing has been done once again.
