PAYMENT TRANSFER BOUNCE BACK
On Saturday night 25th of July i transferred an amount of money from my FNB to another bank to avoid paying a debit order (because we're Covid-19 and need money) only to wait three entire days and have the money bounce back into my account today on sunday 26th without any warning... I would please like some help to reverse this as soon as possible. I tried to request a call back but that never seems to work so I am on hellopeter to get y'alls attention again.

I have been waiting patiently since 9am to be "contacted shortly" it is now nearly 16:00. I would really appreciate some help. I would also require my debit orders please, i have tried calling and using the app but it did not work.
