Payment taken out on wrong date

Fnb sent me a message saying they would take payment for my credit card on the 1 March 2021. I normally pay my account in full before deu date. They decided to take payment on the 26 February 2021. I tried calling yesterday after being cut off about 5 times and speaking to about 5 different consultants the last consultant said i cant do a revursale of money as it was still pending, i must phone on Saturday. So i phone on Saturday and consultant listens to my story told for the 6th time and tells my my deu date is normally on 29th,yes i know that but Fnb said its on 1 March, so she sounds erritated and puts me through to collection department, but fails to tell me that collection department doesn't work on a Saturday. So once again im cut off. Can i please speak to someone that can help me and revurse my payment as its costing me money.
