Payment Settled - still getting phones calls frok Brooks and Luyt

We have made a settlement offer on my wifes credit card on the 6th of April - meaning that we had to pay R2000 on the 25th of April 2017 (which we did) and the last payment of R2000 on the 25th of May 2017 (which we did). Still we are getting hammered with phone calls and messages from Brooks and Luyt. The payment has been updated on FNB and app**** towards my wife's credit card already. However - there is a outstanding balance of R5000 reflecting on her credit card. We have done our part and gone for the settlement on her card which is done. Please rectify her account and arrange for paid up letter as promised by Brooks and Luyt by Thembisile Miya. We have send through the proof of payment and also requested paid up letter - NO response. Why is it that when we owe money you were quick to hammer us with phone calls and threats - now that all is paid up, there is no response from anyone with regards to the paid up letter. I want feedback on 1.) When will the ITC status be updated (within 7days by law) 2.) When will her credit card balance on her banking be updated? 3.) Lastly - what will the status of her credit card be after this has now been settled? (Closed or will she still have access to it for emergency purposes?)
