payment reversal

I am really disappointed by the lack of service I have received from FNB, I need payment reversal to be done but my banker couldn't assist me which leave me with the question of what am I paying for?

I had to go and seek information on how I can get my money back and I have sent an email myself to the relevant department & still waiting for feedback.
