Payment Reversal

I have logged a call for payment reversal in December even today I haven't received any feedback or a call from them they keep on saying they did call me but I haven't received any call from them they have deducted the money to say they will assist me further but nothing it's happening when I make follow up all consultant can't see the outcome of my query.
