Payment query distress Customer

Hi. Please advise how many days it takes for funds to clear from Investec to FNB? Someone transferred money into my account on 13.08.2020 and nothing, I phoned FNB and they said there is no pending amount from Investec, phoned Investec that said they are unable to assist as I am not a client.

I honestly hope i guys would be able.to assist me with the payment query since u guys are nt responding to my other queries
