Payment or Transfer on fnb app

I am trying to do a transaction on their cell phone app, I get a message "No accounts, this functionality is unavailable because you do not have any transactional accounts " Get to the chat, the agent cannot assist after chatting for more than 15 minutes. I think fnb should get proper systems in place, this is against TCF.
