Payment not released...

I teach online therefore my payment has been released from Payoneer Inc yesterday and it was suppose to be in my Account midnight however no one has called me with regards to this as the payment is not released from FNB. Why is this payment not released but other Payment I have been receiving them successfully. I need the funds urgently released...... FNB is giving me a headache truth be told
