Payment not reflecting

My Credit card payment went off on the 1st . Today the 7th the payment is still pending. Interest has been charged without my payment going through. This is a issue that happens all the time . Seriously FNB employ the proper people to do the work . This takes time of my work schedule. I tried correcting though secure chat but that is also a waste of time
