Payment not cleared
I made a transfer from my savings pocket to my wesbanK Loan on Saturday. Its day 3 and the money is not reflecting on my wesbank account. I am being harrassed by Wesbank asking me for payment because this cash hasn't reflected. I called Yesterday and didnt get help was told to speak to wesbank. I cant even get proof of transfer so i can forward it to wesbank to show them payment was made.

09 Jun 2021, 11:26I received a call from someone at wesbank, who is telling me they having technical problems. I need someone from FNB to call me so they can help me send the proof of transfer made. Wesbank is not helping me at all. SEND PROOF OF TRANSFER!!!!!!!!!! the transfer was made and is showing in my account so send me proof of that transfer
