PAYMENT MISSING
I don't know where to start, but I feel like I should keep FNB liable for this.
On the 4th of December I've made payment for my car, over 3 months the car place keeps on telling me that the payment don't reflect in their account, wherreafter the banker told me more than once I should advise them "to look a bit harder" now today my car was repossed and all of a sudden the payment Ive made is missing? Now I should pay a release fee of R5k to get my car again, but this is not my fault?
