PAYMENT ISSUE - NO ASSISTANCE
Please may someone assist me to get funds which I accidentally transferred to a credit account which is CLOSED... I have been trying to get the money back and no one can help, secure chat is also completely useless... what is going on at FNB - used to be great but service sucks. My issue is also, where has the money gone?? Its not in any of my accounts and I did not pay a third party...

10 Jun 2022, 09:57You advised my refund will take 3 days, the 3 days have elapsed and still no refund? Technically if you refund your client who banks with you it should be immediate... makes zero sense why I am still waiting!!!
