Payment Honouring Fees

<p>I am an FNB Premier account holder. I have not bee employed for over a year now, but my business deals keep me going. In July this year I was taken aback by Payment Honouring fees of R110 per transaction, no matter the amount, if the transaction was approved whilst you have no funds in your account. I am aware that I do not have an overdraft facility, but when I noticed that some payments go through even in tough times, I was delighted, I thought it came as a benefit of the card I have. Little did I know that R50 trandaction costs R110, a R100 transaction costs R110, even a R150 one. When you some these costs up, they are more than double than the actual value of those transactions combined. As an unemployed person, this is just victimisation of the people, coz even if I was employed, no place would charge me R110 for borrowing R50. We will continue getting poorer and poorer coz the rich just love ripping us off. There is no payment I have never settled within two weeks, due to the nature of what I do. It is worth noting that there are also close to R1000 banking fees which we are used to, that we have to pay monthly. This is ****************...why offer the service if it's going to be this expensive</p>
