Payment honouring fee

I am so disappointed at FNB. i have just been told that the payment honouring fee(a fee that FNB pays on your behalf) is R125 regadless of the amount FNB paid, this is so unfair to me as a client. if fnb honoured R25 the charge will be R125 and if they honoured R9000 for another client the charge will still be R125, this is so unfair to a person who was honoured with R25 the charges are too much. this is when i am looking for other banking options because FNB disappointed me.
