Payment holiday seems to affect your whole profile.....

We app**** for a payment holiday on our Bond for 4 months as I was on Maternity leave an wasnt earning a salary. this off course to avoid falling into arrears with our bond replayments etc. However, as much assistance this is, seems to affect everything else on your profile. I dont seem to qualify for Ebucs anymore, eventhough I have used my card on more than one occasion over the last 2 months. Furthermore, we paid an additional amount to our revolving loan, in order to access the funds, and now we are just not able to transfer the funds fromt he loan, even though 15% of it was paid. I was at the branch, and the lady working there advised that no refunds can be done as I owe the bank the money.. which is fair.. however, when your own terms stipulate if 15% is paid, you can access it again? Yet I cant? I think that are hidden clauses clearly when you apply for a payment holiday - clearly. You either need to fix what ever you did on my profile, so everything is back to normal, or I want the money back that we transferred in the first place.

Everything online with your bank never seems to work - truly. It is more frustration.

the day has passed and your call centre has basically nearly closed, and all I got was a phone call from some person working there asking why I was phoning her on her number... yet this is the number I got the missed call from. Clearly you guys are not interested in resolving this matter quickly.... So now I must patiently wait until you deem it fit to actually phone me back. Pathetic.. is all I can say......

Good Day

Kindly be advised that due to your arrears on your Temp Loan your risk category was changed therefore your earn criteria has changed in earning Ebucks as your account was not in good standing. Should you have further enquires around that please feel free to contact Ebucks directly who will gladly oblige to assist you further.

We still await a response regarding your Revolving loan this has been escalated several times.

We do apologise for the frustration caused.
