Payment holiday mis-information by FNB
Why does FNB continue to telll me that I have received a PAYMENT HOLIDAY by them granting me a Covid-19 loan??? It is NOT a payment holiday - the monthly repayments have been debited to a new loan account. The definition of a "Payment Holiday" is "You can take a break from your repayments on a credit agreement for a period of one to three months." Taking a holiday means making NO repayments. Please stop insulting your clients by giving them this misinformation. I now owe this money on a different account called a Covid-19 loan . If it was a payment holiday - you would have just stopped my debit order from running off and the money would still be owed on the H/L
