Payment Holiday

FNB is a bank that doesn't care about its customers. They have been asking me to complete the documents for a payment holiday since April but all they are doing on their side, is buying time and sending me sms's about my account. I have not been working since April and I provided the bank with all the prove they need but they dont care. I wish I took my bond with Standard Bank or Nedbank. At least they care about their clients. FNB is not a nice bank to make business with.
