payment harrasment

my loans are handed over due to non payment. I made calls to find out how much I owe and if I can get a settlement letter. I never made any payment arrangement. I started repaying both loans on my FNB (n arrangement made still) I just received a call from one of the attorneys collecting for FNB hounding me about when I will make a payment on the arrangement I made!!!! I am getting non stop texts hounding me about payments!!! I'm fuming to a point where I am thinking of moving my cheque account to another bank. The number they called me from is:***
