Payment from FNB to FNB account taking more that 5 hrs to clear

<p>My experience Nonkazimlo Kona on the 26 November 2016 at 11h03, was tenrrible, I paid 5k from my FNB account to another FNB account. The money left my account immediately by the person I was transferring didn't receive it immediately, after an hour I called the bank to find out what the delay. They told me it could take 24hrs to reflet unless I request for the money to be cleared same time, I did request it same time and she said it would take 30 minutes. 2 hours later, the money still says pending under payment history. I wish FNB to be honest with their client. I called again and they kept saying they should transfer me to Nonkazimo and putting me on hold for more 20 mins. FNB has poor services and I urge them to be honest.</p>
