Payment error

I received a R5,000 payment on 9 December and instead of the bank crediting my account with the amount, it debited my account with that amount, which then left my account on a negative. The bank now somehow can’t find the error and is sending me from pillar to post when all they need to do is credit my account with the R5,000. I am so fedup
