Payment dispute

Fnb is really an inconvenience to a middle class working citizen, app**** for payment holiday in March, which was approved what I was not notified this is granted for May. Mind you I'm on maternity leave since beginning of April how does one make ends meet when your own bank puts you in a worse off position and they debit me this month me being under the impression I'm on payment holiday
