Payment Arrangements

I have a Smart Spend Loan with FNB that I have been paying well so far but unfortunately due to personal reasons I have had to resign from my present company and I am now not working. I went online to Stop the debit order but as per instruction online, for any FNB loans you must call in to make necessary arrangements and I did so and I called *** and I spoke to a lady by the name of Mpumi. I explained the situation am in and that I need the debit order to be stopped because I don't have a salary and I will receive my package in 1 - 3 months and then I can settle my loan in full. The lady gave me so much attitude that I took the loan and I must just pay it. How am I supposed to pay back a loan when I don't have money ? As a paying customer who has been with FNB for over 10 years, I called to make an arrangement because I am a responsible person and I am getting my package in 1 - 3 months and then I pay FNB in full. Why should FNB keep sending a debit order to an account that doesn't have money ? Does it make any sense ? A payment arrangement is all that I am looking for , this account will be settle in full in 1 - 3 months .
