Payment arrangement - with no luck !!!!
I have a Smart Spend Loan and Personal Loan with FNB that I have been paying well so far but unfortunately due to personal reasons and some unforeseen financial difficulty I would like to make an arrangement until I can afford the monthly installments again. I have been sending emails to FNB, but no one ever responds, I phone them but after 15 mins I hang up due to no one answering the phone. I just want to make an arrangement to pay these loans.
