Payment arrangement not adhered too

i had a payment arrangement with the bank for my credit card which i have been battling with for the past 3 months for the bank to adhere to the arrangement, they are still debiting my account and still want me to the pay the arranged amount.

when i reverse the order they start calling me threatening me with legal action or to be registered with the credit providers BUT when they don't stick to the arrangement what am i left to do.

its so frustrating that after sending 6 or 7 emails still nothing is done even though i have mails that show they agree with the arrangement and i have a signed document from the bank acknowledging the amount agreed upon, they just wipe there asses with it and demand the money.

i have now lost 2 full leave days which is very important for me as i look forward to my December holidays just switching off but now i have to come back to work 2 days earlier how does somebody quantify the value of those 2 lost days with family or friends, how do i explain to my daughter that i was a complete idiot in thinking that once an arrangement is made that the said arrangement is then adhered too.

how does FNB value there clients, i guess by being complete>/
