Payment Arrangement In place but debited large amount!

I am currently unemployed and work as a freelance graphic artist and ever since lockdown it is been a trying time financially,My credit card and other accounts have fallen back immensely and I am doing my best to keep it a float by making arrangements which is in place with Debtin, Wendy Lutchmiah and her manager Corelle are aware of the R1000 arrangement made to pay monthly into my credit card which I have fulfilled even in this trying times, This morning FNB card has taken R9069.99 from my cheque account and has left me broke,this has damaged my other arrangements with other bills that must get paid.I humbly ask for this money to be refunded so I can fulfill arrangements to avoid been black listed and also allow me to feed my family this festive season as it’s been a traumatic year for me after losing my job. Please could some one assist urgently and action a refund.
