Paying Service fee, for NO Customer Service

I have been with FNB for 5 years - I was a Platinum customer. All was great until the service started deteriorating.

I went into the Musgrave Branch to assist me to downgrade my account to a One account standard savings account where I would pay R5 for fees. I no longer wanted to bank with FNB but needed the account number because there is a court order linked the account number. I have been trying since August 2015 to get this sorted out and nobody wants to help me it seems. The requirements for a platinum cheque account is no being met so why is my account still platinum and why are they charging me the monthly service fee???? This month - FNB had the audacity to close the account because no money had come in and there was owing service fees due...uhm lets think about this. I asked to downgrade the account last year August to a R5 account. You guys obviously dont want to and I must pay for a platinum monthly fee....wow... this is proves my point. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Downgrade the flippen account. That is all you guys have to do. I am beyond angry.
