paying my laons settlement

i am totally frustrasted . You introudced where we able to chat to consultants but the managers the people than can make decisions cannot help . I messaged got the settlements via a message . i spoke to 3 consultants and all of them are failing for me to speak to a supervisor . I was issed settlement amounts and now you want me to pay more money i paid on the same day i got the settlement accounts.I will urge people to rather move away cause i am planning on doing it because of the level of service i am receving from you its shocking . i spoke to Tsheoang ,octavia ,minenhle , cecilia and allcanot help ...
