Paying much more for a black card and no service

Recently when I was on the FNB banking App I saw that I was pre-approved for a Private Clients account. I thought that I would give it a try, even though the banking costs are much higher, due to the possibility of better service and lower interest rates. When I received the new black cards they did not work with their supp**** PINS. After this was sorted out I realised that the interest rate on my credit card was increased by 2.75%!! and that I am not eligible to earn E-bucks due to insufficient monthly deposits into my account. I would have thought that one would earn E-bucks if one were pre-approved for the account?! In short I am paying much more for higher interest rates, no E-Bucks and no Service. I have tried to contact my private banker numerous times regarding these queries and I have received zero feedback despite automated e-mails promising feed-back within one busieness day. I am hoping this post will elicit some kind response which may result in service, but why does one always have to resort to this???

I would urge anyone considering the a Private Clients account at FNB to stick with their trusty Platinum accounts as the service, benefits and price are better
