Paying more on loan Settlements and CPP Theft?

FNB - always sleeping

I have a loan i want to settle with FNB, ive settled many accounts /loans in my life but never have i paid more to settle? FNB - advise me on this?

After being messed around in the call center to no end it seems hello peter is the only option again

Second issue is my CPP on my loan, ive paid big amounts on my loan but my CPP remained the same, CPP should reduce as the loan reduces, according to your consultants this is not the case,

You can advise on this and ill escalate the matter to the insurance ombudsman asking them to investigate ALL of FNBs CPP accounts,

If FNB is not lowering the cpp as the loan lowers you are essentially *****ing from your clients, how many hundreds of thousands in unchanged cpps?
