Paying more

Last month I bought a smart device with FNB of which it came with a sim card. They have loaded 500MB. I used a starter pack. I switch it off after a went to internet in just 5 minutes or so. I was surprised by the billing stating that I owe the R406 and I have used 4GB. When I called them to complain and asked them to show me which websites I visited they refused. I asked why I did not get a warning like other service providers when I am reaching my limit? still they refused to answer. I want to warn all FNB clients who are buying smart devices to be careful before they buy their smart devices. If you switch on those sim cards, tommorow you will wake up owing FNB R5Million. Because they decide how much you are owing them. They do not even give you warning that you are about to finish s free 500MB. I am not prepared to pay them. They should not think that other banks will not buy me!!
