Paying for Service that is not there

Good Day<br> <br> I am an FNB client and took up FNB Law On call sometime ago took up this package as in this life you'll never know when needing assistance with a Legal representative. But I feel this service is just not worthy and a couple of times when I called about matters that I need help with, they made feel like I am in the wrong and they are the \big brother". Fairly understandable that they should scrutinize each case thoroughly but like recently called in about assistance cause need to claim against Road Accident Fund but I felt disgusted as was injured and my car written off in the process luckily no passenger was fatally lost. But the bureaucratic nonsense I had to undergo and hear whilst paying this guys is just plain unacceptable as I am client and paying. Why should I stick and give this guys my money going forward? """
