Paying for FNB's mistake

I have a full payment option on my fnb credit card to be debited on the first of each month. Due to fnb's incompetence, they debited slightly less than the full amount. They are now charging me interest because of their mistake. It's not the first time this has happened. Closing all my accounts with them and moving to a more competent bank.
